Membership in this Cooperative is open to private sector employees and public service workers.
A person who wishes to become a member of this Cooperative must:
(a) Be a Malaysian citizen; (b) Be at least eighteen years old; (c) Reside, work, or own land within the operational area of this Cooperative; and (d) Not be a person who:
(i) Has been declared mentally incapacitated; (ii) Is an undischarged bankrupt; (iii) Has been convicted of a criminal offense that legally disqualifies them from membership; or (iv) Has been expelled from membership under the Act and has not completed the required one-year waiting period.
